8yo Boy Earning USD26 Million, Is The Highest Paid Youtuber for 2019

Ryan Kaji, 8yo earned US$26 million( RM 107 mil ) in 2019 on his YouTube channel, making him the highest-paid creator on the platform, according to Forbes.

Kaji, whose real name is Ryan Guan, was already with highest earning US$22 million( RM 91 mil) in 2018. His channel “Ryan’s World” launched in 2015 by his parents when he is only 3 yo.  He currently has 22.9 million subscribers.

His channel Initially called “Ryan ToysReview” mostly “unboxing” videos – videos of the Ryan opening boxes of toys and playing with them.

The channel has also evolved as Ryan ages, now offering more educational videos in addition to the toys.

In Forbes’s ranking, Ryan Kaji surpassed the channel “Dude Perfect”, run by 5 friends who are in their 30s playing with adolescent toys like a giant Nerf ball.

Dude Perfect came in second, up from third the year before, having earned US$20 million         (RM82 mil) between Jun 1, 2018 and Jun 1, 2019.

In third place was another child star’s channel, that of Russia’s Anastasia Radzinskaya. At only 5yo, she earned US$18 million ( RM 74 mil).


Her channels “Like Nastya Vlog” and “Funny Stacy” boast nearly 70 million subscribers in total, with videos in Russian, English and Spanish.

“YouTube is the most popular babysitter in the world,” says Eyal Baumel, CEO of management company Yoola, which specializes in digital stars, including Nastya.

Out of Top 3 , 2 of them are kids channel. Woow.. Seems like the kids are killing it!
