Ingredients

▻1 1/2 tablespoons of agar-agar powder

▻2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar

▻1 cup of water (250ml)

▻1 raspberry ( or any fruits or edible flower that you like)

▻1/4 cup of Brown Sugar Syrup

▻Soybean powder (adequate amount)

Step 1

Put agar-agar powder and sugar in a bowl and mix.

Place the mixture and water in a small pan and mix it, using high heat.

Boil it for 2 minutes in low heat.

Put the small pan in a larger pot with ice water. Chill while mixing it for 3 minutes.
