RM 2 Million Lamborghini Was On Fire, Destroyed at Least 40%

A Lamborghini worth approximately RM 2 million parked at Pavilion Residences in Bukit Bintang caught fire early Sunday (Jun 28).

No one was reported hurt in the incident. However, the luxury sports car was destroyed at least 40 % in the engine, reported by The Star.

Fire and Rescue Department received a distress call at 2.40am and deployed 14 personnel in two FRT trucks and one Emergency Medical Rescue Service (EMRS) vehicle from the Pudu and Tun Razak stations to the scene.

Firemen took several minutes to put out the blaze.

According to China Press, the owner of the Lamborghini, 54, said he bought the car at 2012. CCTV footage shown 2 men in a motorcycle are with bottle of fuel entering the car park, beside the remaining bottle of fuel, a box of matches are found at the scene too.

The owner said he did not offended anyone. Motive behind is yet to be identified.
