The Airism masks employ a triple-layer structure, which follows the guidelines of the MOH. The center of the mask employs a filter that also delivers a bacterial filtration efficiency of 99%. The inner layer of the masks is made of the Airism material, that said to be more comfortable than other masks. They are also washable, and their structure retains its efficacy after 20 washes at 40 degrees. One of the three layers will also include a UV Cut layer, which cuts 90% of ultraviolet rays.
However, these masks are not meant for medical use and do not completely prevent infiltration.
