When there’s a will, there will always a way. Since the Movement Control Order, a lot of people kill their boredom by transforming their living space. With unlimited space and budget, most people have no problem in transforming their crib to be more comfortable and pretty.
How about a place with limited space such as a flat house? Well, guess what! This flat was turned into a look-alike of a hotel suite despite having a small space! Let’s see the transformation shall, we?

▼This is the view from the front door. You could see it certainly have very limited space.
▼Even, the cooking or dining area is very small for cooking.
▼This is the master bedroom. Space is bigger and can be utilized for more ideas and decorations.
▼The bathroom is very small and you couldn’t even bathe in it!
▼Well, no stressed because all of those above, transformed into this!
▼The living room also has a dining area as the renovator tried to utilize the spaces that they have.
▼The television’s panel also has light illuminates behind it creating more modern and contemporary styles.
▼The tall seating at the corner for dining is very slick and chic. It also has a window covered with a brown curtain. Overall theme of the area is black and gold colour.
▼There is also a utility area where you can cook and wash your clothes. It is very compact but very useful!
▼The bedroom is also kept with the black and gold theme with a king-size bed.
▼At the side, there is also a huge closet and cabinets for you to store your things
▼At the other side of the bed, you also have a table and a chair for you to use.
▼The bathroom is also much bigger and luxurious! With a big mirror with lights illuminate from the bottom and a marble sink, it couldn’t look more expensive!
▼There is also a glass room for a shower and a toilet bowl next to it. The cabinet also places near the toilet for easy access to things like cleaning products or toiletries.
▼There is also an office inside this flat turned hotel suite! With a couch and working table, it could also be used as a private room for discussion.
This project was named Hidden Gem and the designer should be applauded for being able to turn into a small flat into a much more luxurious hotel suite vibe!
