Korean Garlic Bread Recipe That Would Not Make You Regret Trying!

Today, we gonna share with you a korean garlic bread recipe that garnered over 1.2K likes and 1K shares. You should do it at home by yourself. It’s really easy!

Ingredients for the bread

  • 1/2 cups of warm fresh milk
  • 2 tbs of sugar
  • 2 tbs yeast
  • 250 gm bread flour / high protein
  • 1 eggs
  • 1  tbs salt
  • 2 tbs of margarine

▼Step 1: Mix milk, yeast with sugar. In another container, mixed with flour with egg, salt and yeast.

▼Step 2: Knead the dough and insert margarine. After that knead again with hand or mixer until it becomes elastic. Make sure not to break when you pull the dough.

▼Step 3: Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes

Make sure the dough size become two times bigger.

▼Step 4: Press the dough gently and firmly into the center of the puffy dough and let it be for a while in 10 minutes let it rise up.

▼Step 5: Set the temperature of 180 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes in the oven

Ingredients for cream cheese

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 2 tbs of sugar

▼Step 6: Mix all in a blender. Pour in the piping bag. If you don’t have piping bag, just put it in the plastic bag cut the corner of the plastic bag.

Ingredients for garlic sauce

  • 3 tbs butter / margarine
  • Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cups of fresh milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbs of honey
  • A little bit of parsley or mixed herbs

▼Step 7: Melt the butter in a pot with minimum heat, then insert all the other ingredients.

Before entering the egg in the pot shut down the fire.

▼Step 8: After inserting the egg, stir it up until it mixed nicely.

▼Step 9: After the bun done being baked, cut top of the bread and then pipe the cream cheese sauce in the hole.

▼Step 10:  After that insert the garlic sauce to the whole bun.

Step 11: Insert the bread in the oven again 10 minutes at 160 degrees temperature.
