Covid-19 outbreak is getting worst in Malaysia. Most of the Malaysian is busy with panic buying especially after Prime Minister announces movement control order in order to curb the infection of Covid-19 cases.

Some hypermarket decided to make a move whereby they allow the senior citizens or OKU to shop 30 minutes earlier before the opening operation. wow…that’s very thoughtful!
Let’s see which hypermarket is that ..
1.Mydin USJ 1
MYDIN USJ1 will be open half an hour earlier daily for senior citizens & OKUs to shop in a non-crowded environment in light of the Covid-19 pandemic beginning March 18 2020 Wednesday.
Credit: visionklMydin USJ1 will open at 7.30am (normal hours are from 8am to 11pm daily) for Senior Citizens and OKUs to shop. Somemore, dedicated lane for payments will also be provided for senor citizens and OKUs.
Dato Ameer Ali Mydin, Managing Director of Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd said that staff would also be on standby to assist this special group.
2. Jaya Grocer
Jaya Grocer are introducing special opening hours from 9.30am onward to all outlets for elderly customers (senior citizens) & their caretakers. The special opening hours are valid within 18th-31st March 2020.
▼Citizens are glad for the move taken by the hyper and supermarkets.
▼Most of them prefer longer shopping hour.
