Woman Being Attacked By Viscious Dog When Owner Forgot To Close The Gate

As we all know, dogs are very sociable and loyal. But sometimes, they can be very aggressive. This one Twitter user shared a video of a woman being attacked by the neighbor’s dog. The video also gained over 14K retweets and 6K likes.

The case happened at Taman Tanjung Minyak Perdana, Melaka. Apparently, the owner let the gate open. In the CCTV, it could be seen that the poor woman was walking and did not do anything to provoke the dog when the dog attacked her. In the video also you could see, she was struggling to let herself go from the dog as hard as she can.

Thankfully, one of the neighbors noticed the struggle and went to peek. They went back inside to find a key in order to help the woman.

Not only that, but there is also a white car slowly stopping. However, the car then drove away slowly without helping the poor woman.

Luckily, the neighbor comes out with a car and chases the dog away from the woman. At the time, the woman could get up and bring herself to a safer place.

The woman also badly injured from the attack and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Furthermore, there not only one but there are three more dogs in the house. It was said that luckily for that woman, she wasn’t attacked by all of the dogs. It was also updated that the Historical Melaka City Council (MBMB) was called to investigate and the owner also received the consequences.

The owner of the dog can be prosecuted under the Minor Offenses Act 1955. He could face 3 charges according to this Act, Section 6 for letting dogs running towards people if the dog chases people, vehicle or other animals Section 7 responsibilities of dog owners if the dog causes harm to people or damages property, section 8 for letting a dog attack or frighten someone.
