Air Selangor is unable to say when the plants will come back on as the water disruption this time looks to become the worst yet for the Klang Valley.

Today, authorities identified a factory as the culprit behind the pollution, and moved to have it shut down and impounded.

According to The Star, this is the second time that the factory had polluted the river and caused water disruption in the Klang Valley.
