800KG Giant Crocodile Spotted In A Drain In Sarawak & Forklift Needed To Carry It Out!

Recently, a huge crocodile that it’s weight approximately 800kg was reportedly found roaming in a drain behind SK St Edmund Limbang. The massive crocodile is 15-feet long, already been rescued by the firefighters after being shot and wounded by the public.

The event happened on November 10, it reportedly the Sarawak Operations Center spokesman for Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) stated they got a call from officers from the Sarawak Forest Department (JHS) to get special assistance at 10.59PM last night to catch the crocodile.

Upon getting the call, the squad from the Limbang Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) rushed to the location, reported Harian Metro.

When the huge crocodile was found in the drain upon arrival at the site and it was very aggressive and it was believed that after being shot, the reptile was injured.

In order to safely move it away from the school area, the team then took initiative to covered it’s eyes before tying it’s mouth and limbs. The spokesman for the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Sarawak Operations Center said since it was too heavy, his team had difficulties moving the crocodile out from the drain.

In the next morning at 8:25AM , with the support of the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC), they went to the location to accomplish a special service to move the crocodile.

It took about an hour for the firefighter, also assisted by seven Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) members to carry the crocodile up using a forklift!

The crocodile was then placed in a truck and transferred over to Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) in order to be taken to the Kubong (SFC) storage site.

The 800kg crocodile has gone viral on social media and got many responses from the public!
