Norlia applauded the bravery and ability of Shahira to cope with the unexpected event, inspiring all workers to follow in her footsteps and always be prepared to assist those in need. She said that all frontliners in Prasarana are taught to cope with emergency circumstances and to manage basic medical assistance. They are made to undergo a course they must complete. Even though being a midwife is not part of the duties of frontliners in LRT operations, general knowledge of first aid could really help the passengers.
