The story started when this person ordered his food via Grab at 10.52 pm. The food supposed to be delivered to him past 11 pm but after a long wait, the food still doesn’t arrive. When he checked the app, the rider already picked up the order. After quite some time, he checked the app again but Rider was re-assigned. Being hungry, Jo decided to ask the new rider to help him buy food and the rider agreed. Right after Jo hanged up the call and wanna text his mobile number, the app prompted and said the order was canceled. He was stressed and made another order. The whole thing took around 2 hours. However, 20 minutes passed, Mani Ragazzo, came with the order via GRAB call conversation. After talking with the rider, the second-order came too. So he ended up with 2 packets of Hor Fun which he gave 1 to his friend.
