Online shopping is undeniably one of the pros of technology. With just a few clicks, everything that we need, be it across the globe or just few minutes drive, will be deliver straight to your doorstep. The downside of many people started using online shopping is sometimes, our long awaited parcels can be mishandled during the delivery, resulted in broken items.
However this lady on Facebook has a totally different story to tell. Instead of sharing her bad experience with courier service, she decided to share a story about her favourite Poslaju delivery guy that has an admirable dedication. That heart warming post about a passionate and honest Poslaju delivery guy has amassed over 8.1K likes and 2.4K shares.

“He is Nas, a Poslaju delivery guy. Last year, my first Shopee online shopping was delivered by him. That day, I was not at home, so he told me that I can pick it up at HQ. But I have no idea where is it, plus it is far. He then said that is fine as it was raining heavily and he can’t delivered his parcels yet since he rides motorbike.
He’s at the nearby bank waiting for the rain to stop. So, I went to the bank looking for him to get my parcel. It was already drizzle by the time, but Nas still busy delivering his parcels, it was very pity of him as it already late evening but he still has lots of parcels on his motorbike.
The coming days, most of my items are delivered by Nas. Sometimes when I was sleeping, showering, not at home or just about to get home. Nas would call each time and patiently waited for me to receive my parcel. He would usually apologised for disturbing and I would apologise for keeping him waiting.
That one time, Nas asked if my neighbor has moved out? Because the dog that used to bark at him is no longer there. One day, Nas comes with a van, turns out he has been promoted, I was happy very happy for him.
Since Covid19 outbreak, I told him, “Take care okey…” To which Nas answered, “Okey…”
Not long after, Nas was transferred to another area, since then, I no longer choose Poslaju. But now, Nas is transferred back here again, I said to him, “You are the reason I choose Poslaju!” Sorry Poslaju, I do not choose you, I just choose your delivery guy.
From riding his motorbike to driving a van, transferred to another place then transferred back here. In this one year period, Nas already know how to handle my parcel. Every time, he arrived at my house, he even has a special signal. I am truly relieved if he is the one who delivering my parcels, especially the expensive one. If its not him, other delivery guy would just throws or left the parcel outside and left without my permission.
Today, I asked him, “Do they have best delivery guy awards? If they do, I would surely vote for you!”
Not all courier is unreliable, there are some who has attitude problem but not all.
Poslaju has good courier, as well as DHL and other couriers too. That’s why I said, I choose based on the delivery guy, not te courier service company.
