” I checked my phone early in the morning, I have 20 missed calls from mum, 16 missed calls from sis. Then, I read the message from mum written – Dad is no longer around”, my heart sunk the moment i received the news of dad’s passing.
A Malay netizen, Faz took twitter to share the reason why he never silent his phone these 2 years. He said he used to silent his phone when he was in class, outing, or sleeping. Whenever he thought it’s necessary.
According to China Press, he called his mum and only he realized his dad who was in ICU passed away at 12.30 midnight. He burst into tears after the call.
So sejak dari 7/2/2018 sehinggalah ke harini, aku dah tak silent phone dah. Nasib baik aku terjaga pagi tu, cuba kalau tak terjaga? Aku dahla tidur sampai 1-2ptg. Allahuakbar, serik dah. Nampak macam kecik tapi besar tau impaknya.

He said even his sister from KL already reaches Penang, their hometown but he was in the neighboring state Kedah reached his dad only at 9 am. He regretted it badly. Ever since that, he never silent his phone anymore, he will pick up all the calls.
