Totally Unacceptable! Customer Of A Famous Courier Service Went Berserk Seeing His Boxed Apple AirPods Pro Was Destroyed During The Delivery!

We are all very lucky to have so many choices of courier services available to deliver our things without us having to go out to the physical store to buy things that we need. However, due to lots of items need to be delivered, some of the items are mishandled.

Recently a Facebook user decided to share his disappointment and anger at one of the famous courier service on his Facebook post. His post has garnered over 158 likes and 198 shares in just few hours.

This guy was very anticipated to receive his brand new Apple AirPod Pro, however after a long wait and few calls, he was very disappointed and super mad upon receiving his items. Not only the package is damaged, the Apple AirPod Pro was also dismantle to the point of unable to use at all.

What make him even angry was, the item is not even a fragile item, it is a solid and compactly packed item. Even the Apple box that comes with it has been crumpled and torn into pieces. The plastic airbag that supposed to be the extra protection for the item inside has been destroyed as well.

The Airpod itself was also severely damaged as the top and bottom part of the case has been crush and resulted in misalignment up to the point it no longer can be use at all.

This unfortunate customers is questioning what sort of treatment his parcel has been trough for it to have such ridiculous damage. Is that the result of something with extreme weight or extremely rough treatment has been done to his parcel for it the be that heavily destroyed. What a poor guy and poor the Airpod as well!

He also mention that to receive this parcel, despite the delay, he had to go through lots of emails and calls to make sure the parcel does not lost it way. In the end, he did receive his parcel, but in a way that is far from his expectation. Can you imagine his sorrow seeing his brand new Airpod Pro comes in such condition?

The reason he post his experience is to expose the bad parcel management from the courier service.

“I still cannot believe that a nicely packaged and packed item with solid and boxed item inside can be utterly destroyed. This is just unacceptable!” he added.

 

At the end of his post, he also tag few organisations including Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission, Tribunal for Consumers Claim Malaysia and Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumers Affairs. Hopefully these responsible organisation would have a solution for his situation.
