As we all know, starting from 13 January 2021 until 26 January 2021, The Movement Control Order (MCO) and the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will take effect for the states to stop the spread of COVID-19.
For those who need to cross the region or states, you have to fill the MCO Movement Permit Form or CMCO Movement Permit Form to obtain permission from the police before your journey. So, just follow these steps!
1. Download the Movement Control Order (MCO) Movement Permit Form or Conditional Movement Control Order Movement Form (CMCO) (according to the implementation of the movement order in their respective states) on the PDRM Official Portal or Social Media;
2. Complete the form in two (2) copies;
3. Submit two (2) completed forms at the police station for the approval process.
