A Taiwanese mother took social media to share her unbelievable experience where her 2-year-old daughter ordering food using her food delivery app on the smartphone because she was craving French fries.
The mother wrote on the Facebook page, “my daughter was asking for french fries and I promised to get it for her later. Not long after, a food delivery rider came ring the doorbell said I ordered some food?!”
Wondering what was going on, she rushed back to her room and checked her phone. Oh Gosh!!! Her daughter was the one ordering food with her food delivery app.
“Do you know you are only 2-year-old ++?? Do you know mummy only can spend TWD 200 a day for meals?” she wrote.
Her 2-year-old kept looking at her phone and asked,” Are my things here?” Ok, now the mother knew what she meant.
The mother also added that the daughter doesn’t know how to read and only recognized 1-10. Most likely she was ordering based on a picture of the food. She ended spending TWD 192 (RM27.50) ordering some butter cake, chocolate cake, and cheesecake.
She fell asleep soon after enjoying the food she ordered, she looked satisfied.
To avoid the same thing happening, the mother already kept the food delivery app in a folder instead. However, some netizens bashing her for letting her child playing with her phone and some even said she creating a story to gain eyeballs.
She was sharing her thoughts on those comments too, “I didn’t felt anything wrong letting my child playing with the phone, somehow I let her learn through some apps and video with my smartphone. For those who thought I created the story, just don’t believe it. It’s fine.”
This is not the first time kids using parents’ smartphones to order food or purchase something online. What can we say ?! kids nowadays are very smart. Observing what adults do and applying it in real life.
