A Father’s Love : Security Guard Spares His Only RM 30 For His Son’s Education

A Netizen shared a story on Twitter that a security guard that he met when he went exercise, asking him for help to send his only RM30 to his child in a university.

His post read:

I went exercise this morning and was stopped by a security guard who is much older than me.

” Brother, can you help me?”

” Ya!” i said.

” I wanted to send some money to my son in University, do you have CIMB bank account?” he asked.

” Yes, i do have”

” Can i give you money and you helped to bank in to my son?”

” Ok, I do it now” without hesitation, i took out my phone.

Guess how much he send to his son? It’s RM30.

Following that i asked him,” this amount is for him to spend for how long?”

” As long as possible, but he said he want to get some books. He will asked for it once finished spending his pocket money. But i’m really financially tight for now.”

” Is your son getting any financial aid from school or any organisation? ”

For a lot of u, maybe RM30 is just the cost of your lunch ordering via Grabfood or Foodpanda.

But for some people, that’s the amount that this father send probably last them few days or even week.

So, say Alhamdulillah, and mean it.

This good samaritan even set up foundation to help this family, he said,” Never underestimate love from a father, although RM30 is not a big amount, but the hardship and the sacrifices that the father went through is the most precious one.”

His tweet went viral and garnered more than 17.5k responses with most netizens touched by the father’s unconditional love and some said they experienced it those day and hoping youngster nowadays will treasure what they have, treasure the love from their parents.
