Everyone loves online shopping as it is so convenient and most of the time offer us way cheaper price. But one of the risk of online shopping is in the delivery process.
Recently, there are videos circulating on the Internet about mishandle of the parcel by employees of a famous delivery courier. Those video were posted on Facebook which has garnered over 5.6K likes and 4.5K shares as netizens were furious thinking about the safety of their parcels.
The employees were said to protest as their sales commission were cut down when parcels received are mounting.
The act of some of the employees has triggered netizens, when they were seen throwing the parcels recklessly as to show their protest.
And looking at the comments, netizens were not happy with how the staff channel their anger on customers parcels including parcels with fragile remarks.

▼ Maybe this is why they were so mad.
※ From RM1 per parcel, the runner now only get 30 cents commission per parcel. And their basic salary is only RM1200. They need to deliver 2,666 parcel with only 30 cents commission to get RM2,000 per month. Which come down to 88 parcel they need to deliver everyday.
▼ They should figure out a better solution to this issue!
