When you see your couch is worn out and can’t be used anymore, definitely you would throw it out. But sometimes the sentimental value makes us think twice to throw it out!
Well, this Facebook user garnered 4K likes and 900 shares after her post of the old sofa being restored! She added that that is the result of her working on it during the PKP after her husband told her to throw it away.
As you can see, the sofa is in very bad shape. It is full of scratches, torn fabric and even the woods on the seat is broken!
She started to pull apart the armrest and began her work with installing plywoods on the seat and the back resting area.
Then, she takes a fabric that her mother-in-law gave her and staples it around the sofa! She makes sure to measure out and neatly stapler it~
As for the armrest, she used spray paint in black and repaint it before assembling all the pieces back!
She added a cushion with a matching cover and it is done! Looks like a brand new sofa~
