But do you know, you can issue a report to the Tribunals For Consumer Claims under Ministry Of Domestic Trade And Consumer Affairs?
There are two categories of claims you can filed for, which are goods and services.

How can consumers claim their rights in the Malaysian Consumer Claims Tribunal (TTPM)? What are the conditions? Here it is.

- Total claim amount must not exceed RM50,000.
- Claims can be claimed within 3 years.

OR another choice to complaint and get refunded for your broken or lost parcels is by directly contacting the seller. This method is an example how you can get refunded if you purchase your items via Shopee using J&T Express.
Step 1: If your parcel get broken, Shopee will notified you. For example, they’ll send you this notification, “Parcel is damaged. Please request for Return/Refund i your Shopee App”.
Step 2: You can contact the J&T Express to know the parcel status and ask them how to make the report. They will inform you that the items are damaged and you need to refund with Shopee.
Step 3: Once you click Refund/Return on Shopee and they approve your refund request, Shopee will cancel your order and classified the items as lost items. Then Shopee will credited your refund in to your e-wallet Shopee.
And that’s it! You will get your money back as long as you know the right way to get it back.
