One thing about online shopping is you can’t really see or touch the item you wanted to buy. Thus, it’s important to read the product’s description. Or else, you really can’t blame anyone~
Recently, a Malaysian netizen took social media to share 3 screenshots and the post went viral, just within 2 days it’s already garnered more than 1k responses and 8k shares.
From the picture shown, a seller in one of the most popular e-commerce platform- Shopee selling one of the most popular 3-tier multipurpose rack with sizes clearly shown as well as product’s description.
▼ There is nothing wrong with the description. But to our surprise, the seller was rated badly with only 1 star!
One of the comment, not only rated 1 star but with 120 🙄 rolling eyes emoji (an emoji used to express disbelief, annoyance, impatience, boredom, and disdain. It can also be used to indicate sarcasm or irony). What actually cause the dissatisfaction?
▼ After check out 1 of the picture uploaded by the buyer only we realised it’s the size that matters!
By just looking at the picture of the product, you might thought that’s a normal 3-tier multipurpose rack for normal home usage! But, when the parcel reached you only you realised it’s just the size of your palm, you can’t even put a single thing!
But it’s not the seller’s fault! As per describe, it’s clearly written the product 120mm in height and 68mm X 52mm in width and length. In the product name it’s written for “Doll House” . It’s just a toy!
Most buyers didn’t read the products description carefully, they bought the item. It’s not as per their expectation and the seller is rated 1 star. Oh no~ What an innocent seller!

▼ The product is even with a picture the toy rack in someone’s palm. ” It’s the buyer’s fault as they didn’t check out carefully”
▼ One said it’s written 1/12 ratio of the toy : actual rack, ” cheapskate!”

▼ It’s clearly written for DOLL HOUSE！and yet the seller is the one to blame.
▼ It’s not the seller’s fault, the seller didn’t cheat on you!
▼ It’s obviously the buyer didn’t read the product description carefully. Poor seller was rated 1 but yet it’s not their fault at all!
