Receiving A Damaged Item, Buyer Asked For Refund & He Is Scolded By Seller, “I Call You Buy ?”

A netizen, Marcus bought a controller for his games console in Shopee. Sadly, it was an damaged item when he received it. Marcus never thought of blaming the seller but only ask for refund. But he was scolded by the seller! He then took social media to shared the innocent and unfair incident that happened on him, and it was widely discussed by netizens.

Please take note of this Shopee seller everyone!

I bought an item from this seller recently but i received a damaged item. I tried to inform the seller but i was scolded by the seller.

Any of you met this kind of seller before? Maybe the seller also in this group.

Buyer:「Hello, seller. I want to return the item and asked for refund.」

▼ Part 2:
Buyer:「My controller broken」( with picture attached)

Seller then replied with a question mark(?).

Buyer:「Boss,I have requested return & refund. Sadly it’s not working as it should.」

Seller:「We already mentioned no warranty.」

Buyer:「But it arrived broken, i haven’t even used it.」

Seller:「I call you buy?(Did i asked you to buy?)」

Buyer:「Why are you been so rude, boss?」

Seller:「Yes, i’m rude. We already mentioned no warranty.」

Buyer:「I think you would understand too if you buy something and it’s broken.」

Seller:「Cannot understand than request let Shopee judge, paid what you get. ( I cannot understand. You should send your request to Shopee and let them judge. You get what you pay)」

Buyer:「Can」

Seller:「Eh! I never buy cheap thing thanks ( I never buy cheap stuff Thanks!)」

Buyer :「Thank you!」

Seller:「I paid for quality.」

Seller:「NEXT TIME PLEASE DON’T BUY HERE THANKS!」

Buyer:「Okay,i won’t,Thank you」

Seller:「Don’t want sell your name at my shop ( I will not sell it to you if i know the buyer is you again), thanks!」

Seller:「Sure!Blacklisted!Please pack n wrap bubble back. Any missing, I will deduct at return & refund ( Please bubble-wrap the item and return to me. In the case of missing, i will deduct from refund amount.)」

Buyer:「Can,Boss.」

Seller:「(Give you a like sticker)You ady blame ( You are already blaming me)」

Buyer:「I literally just said i want to return and refund because my controller was broken.」

Seller:「PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INCLUDE. I DON WAN SEE YOUR NAME AGAIN HERE. ( Please make sure you return everything. I don’t want to deal with you anymore.) TQ!」

Buyer:「I’m surprised with your attitude you can sell so many.」

Seller:「I DON WAN SEE YOUR NAME AGAIN HERE. TQ」

Buyer:「I hope you get my experience ASAP ( as soon as possible) with your purchases and meet sellers same as you.」

Seller:「I DON WAN SEE YOUR NAME AGAIN HERE TQ!no need to teach me!」

Buyer:「I have my own shop on Shopee too. Don’t worry, you will get there.」

Seller:「I DON WAN SEE YOUR NAME AGAIN HERE TQ. I care? I ask you? ( Do i care? or did i ask you?)」

Buyer:「Why not? Trying to run away from problems? 10/10 best customer service. Need to learn from you.」

Seller:「I DON WAN SEE YOUR NAME AGAIN HERE. TQ」(for twice)and using vulgar words on the buyer asking him to shut his mouth.

Seller:「I care?」

Buyer:「Wow!」

Seller:「i call you buy?(Did i asked you to buy from me?)Cannot stop stupid? Hard understand language ( Can you stop it, stupid? Can’t you understand what am i saying?)」

Buyer:「Teach me!」

Seller:「Hard understand language? ( You cannot understand what am i saying?)」(Keep repeating)

▼ Netizens suggested the way to reply, ” I call u buy”, ” The seller said I never buy cheap things, should ask why you sell cheap thing?”, ” Everyone should send him i call u buy in?”

▼ By saying stfu ( Vulgar) to buyer is too over. Just report them, Shopee and blacklisted them.

▼ Even the seller rejected the return & refund but Shopee will still refund to you.

▼ No warranty doesn’t mean you can sell a damaged item to the buyer.

▼”English lousy is not an issue but the problem is the seller’s ATTITUDE.”

▼ A netizen found out the way this seller replying comments tickled her:” Tak pandai jangan cakap rosak, cakap lah tak pandai ( If you don’t don’t know how to use, don’t said the item spoiled, you said you don’t know how to use)”

▼ Some checkout his Shopee page and found how the seller response towards bad comments.

▼ Some netizens even purposely chat with this seller :However they were blocked!

▼ One just send the seller stickers haven’t even start chatting was blocked too.

▼ One just started the conversation ” May i?” and been blocked by seller.

▼ One netizen sending to the seller asking for permission to buy his products and was blocked by the seller too.

▼ Another shared he just say hi and been blocked too? and asking other netizens is this seller been blacklisted by Shopee?

▼ Some netizens who don’t agreed with the seller also reported the matter to Shopee.

▼ After the criticism from most netizens on this matter. The seller did shared an apology post with very limited comments. However, some teasing them ” I call you apologise?”
