If you are planning a trip, maybe a few hours ride back to your hometown. But, what if your car break down halfway, what should you do?!
Let us share with you some info that we found helpful!
If you are at the highway and your car breakdown halfway. Please do not panic, stop your car aside at the emergency lane, please turn on the double signal to warn others on your emergency stop. Then you can call — PLUS Ronda（PLUS Patrol).

Please give a clear indication on your location. In the case you don’t know, there is a little green/ white signboard indicated the kilometer (km) you are at. So, you can just tell them the km you are at, it will be easier for them to locate you.
▼According to some source, there will be Plus Toll technician stationed in every Toll. So, once you called and they will be normally there for you in 15mins.
First, they will check your car, if they managed to fix it them they will do so. But, in the case, they are not able to fix it. They will be towing your car to the nearest toll station.
But sending your car to the workshop is not their responsibility, so the car owner will need to do the arrangement.
Because we are paying for the toll in the highway. Thus the toll company will be responsible for the towing service and it’s free of charge.
