Economy rice/ nasi campur is pretty common in Malaysia~ it’s type of food or food stall serving many dishes accompanied by rice, commonly found in hawker centres, food courts or mamak restaurants. It’s normally affordable, but yet still very much depends on the dishes we select.
A Malaysian netizen took XiaoHongShu to share her boyfriend dining experience in one of the famous Mamak restaurant, a “nasi campur” and a drink cost up to RM45!
Her boyfriend ordered a “Nasi besar campur” , with a few side dishes, including Onion omelette ( RM3), Black sauce squid (RM8) , pandan chicken (RM4.50) , fried prawn with petai( RM10), Otak-otak ( RM9) and a Honey lemon drink, cost him up to RM45.05!
