If we wrongly place an order in Shopee, what we normally do will be cancel the order and re-order again. But this buyer did not cancel order but keep messaging seller to change his order. When the seller told him it’s not changeable, he was fumed and rated the seller 1 star.

*18/1/2022*
Placed an order at 12am for a tempered glass,I supposed to get the Nova3i then accidentally bought Nova 2i.
▼ I PM( private message) them at 12.02am, but they never revert. I continue to send them ” HI” , but no one responding.
*19/1/2022*
They replied me only at 12:38pm said it’s not changeable. They already shipped the item. But i told them obviously it’s not ship out yet, they still can change it. But they insisted it’s not changeable.
▼ Then i said:「It’s my fault but i already message you in the first place, but you never revert. I will rated you 1 star!」
▼ Seller:「Boss,you placed an order yesterday. We packed the item and already handed it to J&T.」
▼ After i told them i will rated them 1 star then the seller trying to say it’s my fault then they humiliated and cursed me
▼ But in the comments, most netizens sided the seller!” Seeing so many people bashing you, i feel better!”
▼ A lot is asking him, ” Why not cancel order in the first place?”
▼ Poor seller, you are unlucky bump into this kind of buyer~
▼ Why don’t be more considerate? Seller also need to sleep at night. Why don’t you just cancel the order?

- You actually can cancel order, but you never.
- You never cancel order and shouted there, you are forcing the seller cancelling order from their end, where their shopee rate will be affected. Because of your fault and they have to bear the outcome.
▼Some netizens realised:the post author trying to post the similar post in 3 different FB pages. ” Trying to get someone to pity you?”, ” Everyone think it’s your fault and bashing you! Please think what is wrong with you.”
▼ Netizen A: It’s your fault, why don’t you just cancel order and re-order again. It’s 12am midnight, the seller not working 24 hours and even your parcel is not trackable doesn’t mean they haven’t hand it to J&T. Maybe they just drop off and J&T haven’t scan it. Now the seller have to bear the outcome because of your fault!
Netizen B: Customer service and packaging can be 2 different department. The packaging department normally just send out things according to the order. So if customer service never reply you, probably the packaging team already send out the parcel.”
