It’s just an inspection and you never fix anything, why do you need me to pay?!
A car owner sending his car to a workshop for an air-cond flushing services. But the owner was fumed as he thinks it’s not fair that the workshop charging him RM40. The workshop owner making a public apology to him and saying ” sorry!” for more than 6 times ..

The car owner of Myvi, we wanted to say「Sorry!」, we inspected your car and charging you RM40 is our fault.
We are able to start-up the business, means we should be checking our customer’s car for free. And thankful that you giving us a chance to check your car. It’s our fault that charging you unreasonably.
「Sorry!」because you car still under warranty and yet you still come to us for the inspection, we are supposed to thank you.

At last, we wanted to say 「Sorry!」that we charged you RM40 labour fee, make you unhappy and enraged my staff, told us it’s unreasonable to charge you RM40!
「Sorry!」that we affected your mood! Please accept our apology.
The price for the air-cond flushing service is written in my webpage, 「Sorry!」 is our shortcoming that didn’t make it clear and make you feel labour fee of RM40 is unreasonable.
Please don’t get us wrong, I sincerely wanted to apologise to him. But i can’t make it back to workshop on time. So, have to apologise to him on the social media.

Post author : He haven’t complain but i apologised first. Because he scolded my staff that it’s unreasonable to charge him RM40!
▼ Didn’t know CCTV with this function too. It’s good that you stated clearly your charges. But if you did tell the client clearly then you can avoid this kind of problem! Actually this is not an apology note. You are using this way to tell us he is in wrong, be careful with your method maybe soon you will be in trouble too.
▼One suggested : Only long-term customer will have this basic inspection services. Or else, chargeable. Please inform client in advance charges of the service or else they will thought it’s free.
