A Taiwanese lady in 80s posted in social media anonymously on her working experiences. She changed 7 jobs in 13 years. From RM3.2k to what she is having now RM5.6k. She finally found a job where she has sense of belonging and wanted to work until retirement.

For the job above, some i worked for a day and some for a year. I don’t think anyone will act more like a loser than me or any one more unstable than me.
I been fired before and some i tender resignation.. While reason for leaving the job can be incapability, night shift, you can’t go work without makeup, terrible working place, workplace bullying, long working hours ( 15 hours/day), need to fork out money to buy things for company and so on!
At some point in time, i’m in self-denial thinking of doing something silly. Until 3 years back i was been offered a job only i stopped the job hopping. I do have pay increment from TWD 30k ( Around RM4,480 to TWD 38k ( Around RM5,674). This job is giving me the feeling of stability and sense of belonging. The working environment, workmates are nice. If nothing went wrong i will work here until retirement!
What i want to say is, if it meant to be yours it will always be and will come to you on the right time. Before that you may need to go through a lot of obstacles and hardship. So, let’s work hard together!
