Have you linked your device to your eWallet account?
Once your eWallet is linked to your device, you will get another level of security on your eWallet – known as TapSecure – to approve transactions. TapSecure is a one-tap approval function to authenticate your transactions securely & will be implemented on 3 April 2023.
How to do that? Just follow 4 simple steps below:
Step 1：Open the TNG App, click on ” Profile” then go to ” Settings”
Step 2：Click on ” Linked device”
Step 3：Click ” Link a Device”
Step 4：Enter 6-Digit pin
Device successfully linked! TapSecure requires you to link your device so that only a linked device can be used to authorise transactions from your eWallet.
Do remember to link your eWallet account to your device by Monday, 3 April 2023 to avoid any service disruptions on your eWallet.
