The luxury Italian brand, Versace latest men’s collection tickled Malaysian as it resembles to the uniform of our favourite mamak store Nasi Kandar Pelita.
This TikTok video goes viral garnered 396.6k views. The TikToker accidentally discovered something interesting when he walked around in a Shopping centre in KL.
He passed by the luxury branded store, Versace and found the silky shirt on the mannequin that looks familiar. A button shirt, short-sleeved, signature blue base and gold pattern on it.
The TikToker light-heartedly said: “To anyone who wants to get the shirt from Nasi Kandar Pelita, you can get it at Versace okay!”
At one glance the shirt really looks alike, with similar shades of blue and yellow printed pattern.. One netizen jokingly said maybe it’s a collaboration between Pelita & Versace.
When we do the search in Versace official site, this piece of clothing known as BAROCCO 660 SILK SHIRT, priced at RM3,150. The shirt comes in two colours, blue and gold, and green and gold.
