Waits no more, let’s get started ~

Basically we will only need these simple ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen:

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken tight
  • Hup Seng Cream Crackers
  • Shallot (onion)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Seasoning ingredients:

  • Oyster sauce
  • Chicken stock powder
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Tapioca

Is is super easy to get it done.

Step 1: Cut the chicken into medium-small pieces, based on own preference

Step 2: Prepare the marinated ingredients. Blend the onion, garlic and ginger together, add in seasoning ingredients.

Step 3: Add the chicken with the prepared marinated sauces and place into fridge to marinate for 2 hours (recommend long hours).

Step 4: Place the Hup Seng Cream Crackers into a plastic bag and crush it become crumbs

Step 5: After 2 hours, place the marinated chicken onto the crackers crumbs which you prepared just now, then it is ready to fry !

Step 6: Fry the chicken until they turned golden brown, and they are ready to serve!

Remember, cool the chicken for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy !
