This is a very popular myth. A lot of people said that don’t eat after 8 p.m but nutritionists say that it does not matter when you consume them because calories cannot tell time! So, don’t worry that much~

3. All Preservatives Are Bad for Your Health

Preservatives are added to food in order to extend its shelf life and prevent bacterial growth. So, there is a lot of misconception that some preservatives can lead to bad health. There are certain people who are sensitive to preservatives, however, as long as the amount of the preservatives being used is not excessive, it is totally fine!

4. Microwaving Your Food Reduces Its Nutritional Value

5. Avoid eggs because of their cholesterol content.

People said that eggs have a high level of cholesterol but in the newest research, it is being proven that it is not. When losing weight, people are told to stay away from carbs but the thing is you have to pick the right carbohydrates for your body. Carbohydrates like whole grains is more important to your well-being because it’s been proven that people who eat whole grains have 20 to 30% less heart disease.

7.if you skip breakfast you will put on weight

Breakfast is said to be a key to make your day better because it gives us energy, improves concentration and mood but there is no evidence to support the claim that skipping meals makes you put on weight or adversely reduces your resting metabolic rate.  But if you want to lose weight, fasting for longer than 12 hours can reduce insulin levels and help some people lose weight. 8. Reduce the salt intake to stay healthy

There are a lot of people saying that taking too much salt can make you have blood pressure, strokes, and heart disease. But, the studies give the opposite answer. Salt reduction has not found any reduced risk of heart attacks, strokes, and death. Not only that but patients with diabetes on low-salt diets were consistently dying earlier.

9. Raw carrots are much better? I don’t think so.
