Not only it is delicious but they also can customize the drinks based on your health such as gluten-free, dairy-free or low calorie! However, when we go to the store, they definitely have a large choice for you to pick. Worry not because a Twitter user shared the hack in ordering at Boost juice that garnered over 1K likes and 1K retweets.

At boost juice, there are 3 sizes, Kids (smallest 250ml) Medium (450ml) Original (biggest 550ml). Her advice is to always go for the original cup. Because the different prices are only RM1 from medium to original. There are also a few types of drinks which are Juiced, Crushed, Smoothie and Blended.

The juice is made from fresh fruits, so, there is no added sugar or water. Just pure fresh fruit juice. You can create your own juice and can choose a maximum of 5 fruits. Here is the list of fruits that you can pick. You also can pick 1 or 2 fruits but if you want extra fruit, you have to add RM1.

But, if you still don’t have any idea to pick your ideal juice, you can try mix juice from the menu. The booster sign is actually supplemented powder that they already included in the drinks. But, you can request them to not put it and please be aware that booster is not recommended to pregnant lady and children. If you are trying to lose weight, you can try the lean and green juice. But, their best seller is the 5 a day juice. If you like a bit sour, you might try wild berry juice and energiser juice but if it’s too sour for your liking, you can add sorbet for RM1 to add some sweetness.

For the smoothie, it contains yoghurt. There is a vanilla yoghurt and strawberry yoghurt. Bestseller is the berry bang and if you extra berries or extra strawberry yoghurt, its more delicious! You also can switch up the fruits inside the drink for free too. As an example, in mango magic, you want to switch the banana with strawberry, you can! It applies to all the drinks with no extra charges.

The “Protein & Energy” is also a smoothie. The difference is they have booster included. It’s perfect for people who go to the gym, trying to lose weight or taking care of their body. It’s high in calories. People usually drink this as a food replacement because it makes you full. The recommended one is the Strawbrekkie protein. It is really good and has an oat, so it really makes you full. Same goes w protein supreme and brekkie to go-go. If you like mix berries, try the superfruit or skinny dip.

Crushed drinks are the same as ice-blended drinks. This one is perfect for people who want a non-dairy alternative. It’s perfect to drink when you are thirsty because it immediately quenches your thirst. Bestseller is watermelon lychee crush and berry crush. People that love acidity would prefer mango lychee, mango tango and berry crush. Some people also love to add in yoghurt in these drinks. For your information, sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sugar-sweetened water with flavouring fruit juice. Unlike yoghurt, sorbet does not contain dairy ingredients. For people who is lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy, can drink this instead!

Lastly from the menu is blended drinks which contain no sugar, no yoghurt, no sorbet. Juice fresh fruits cut into small pieces and blended all together with ice. You can ask the cashier to change the base to your preferred fruits. However, these drinks are not the best ones because they are catered to people that trying to lose weight as it has fewer calorie counts. But, you can customize and make it nice can add in sorbet or yoghurt.
