Wanted to renew your driving licence and road tax in POS office? Please take note ! as you can’t just walk in but to make an appointment online before heading to the POS office!
According to a Facebook post of POS Malaysia. POS outlets nationwide will start providing renewal services started from Aug 9 onwards. But, vehicle owner must make appointment online in advance!
※ Driving licence & Road taxes need to be renewed before Sept 30, or else you will be fined.

Things to take note, maximum 3 services to select in one appointment, for example driving licence, road tax and car insurance renewal. Those without the appointment will be rejected from entering the premises.
How to make appointment online?! ( It’s open for appointment from 12am daily)

Step 1：Log on to POS official site【Click here】，click “Outlet Finder”.
Step 2：search for the nearest POS outlet.
Step 3：Click “Book Your JPJ Service Appointment”.
Step 4：Select to type of services you need like road tax, driving licence or car insurance renewal.
Step 5：Select the appointment date & time.
Step 6：Enter your name, e-mail address and contact number. Click ” Book”.
Step 7：enter the 6 digit verification code.（Can check via your e-mail ）！Click “Continue”.
Step 8：Appointment done! You will get the confirmation message in your email soon!
▼ Show your confirmation message to the staff in POS Malaysia will do!
※ Remember, please arrive at the outlet 10 mins before your appointment! ( In the case, you can’t make it please cancel the appointment.) 
But please remember to wear your mask, practise social distancing and strictly adhere to SOP!
