Malaysian Girl Buying Jacket that「 Need to Put The Hand Up 」Not Allowed to Refund!

It’s frustrated when you order an outfit online and it’s completely different on the way it looked on the model and you. To make it even worst, you bump into a Customer Service with terrible attitude. So unlucky!

A Malaysian girl ordered an outfit, a crop jacket via FB live, but sadly! When she received her jacket the sleeve was the other way round! This is unacceptable! But the customer service said: No refund, No return of goods, And customer bear the cost for alteration!

Although i’m not buying some expensive outfit. But your Customer service is really failed big time! Ridiculous! You dare to claim yourself with excellent service.

It’s my first time spend money buying an outfit and need to send for alteration. Fed up!

▼ The picture shown the left sleeve is normal. But, something goes very wrong with the right sleeve, it’s the other way round. So, in the case you want to wear it. You will have to put up your hand all the time…

▼ She did feedback to the seller, but sadly the seller reverted: 「Dear,you can send to the tailor for alteration!」

Seller: It’s the manufacturer fault. You can alter it!

Me : You should check before sending out the jacket.

Seller: Sorry dear! Our items are in bulk we can’t check one by one.

Me: This is NOT an after sale service.

▼ So happened you bought this model! LOL! some even teased the seller : ” This must be the limited edition for Yi Mong( Character in Steven chow movie with a mole on her armpit),” Their pants also must be this kind!”

▼Maybe they thought you are traffic police and tailor according to your need. LOL!

▼ I hate them keep calling us ” dear ” especially when you are angry..

▼ Obviously it’s the seller’s problem: ” It’s about reputation and credibility. How much is the cost for a jacket, they should just change a new piece to the customer.”, ” The customer service still dare to admit it’s manufacturer’s fault. Isn’t it the seller’s responsibility to handle the after sale. Seller some more suggested buyer to send for alteration. If you are saying workmanship is not on the dot, then we accepted it. But this is about buyer need to put up the hand all the time. This is how customer service handle the customer. Impressive!”
