The video posted in Kuala Terengganu Post showing the rough sea and huge waves rocked a ferry while they are on the way to Pulau Redang.
Resorts in Pulau Redang are close during the northeast monsoon season from November to early March, which sees bouts of heavy rain and rough seas. However, locals still depend on it as their only transportation to the mainland.
The video garnered more than 70k views.
Passengers were in panic and the ferry nearly capsized after it was hit by huge waves. You could also hear the captain in the background asking the passengers to sit still
By viewing the video we can imagine the hardship locals had to go through because that’s the only way to home. Huh.. really not easy !!
