A video of man was splashed with milk tea by a food delivery rider with a remarks on the order that his lover or maybe ex-lover send to him went viral on social media.
The incident happened in ShangDong, China where a food delivery rider received an order to send a milk tea to a man with a fiery remarks,” No need to be nice to the scumbag, just splash the drink on his face will do!”
From the footage, it can be seen the delivery rider act upon client’s request. He got massive adrenaline rush when he splashed the milk tea on the man. And immediately handed him the order receipt, showing him the remarks and explained,” Sorry, i just acted based on the remarks of the customer.”
Following that, he can be seen handed him some tissue and felt sorry and bad on what he did to him.
After the video went viral, some netizens thought it should be a prank, some criticised the act of the food delivery rider and said it’s unreasonable.
The food delivery company spoke person said they will be conducting an investigation on the matter. They also added if the rider think the remarks given is unreasonable. they can actually talk to the customer or just reject the order.

Some netizens also thought the food delivery company should have a proper channel for the rider to lodge a complaint or appeal, this is to avoid them getting terminated due to this kind of unreasonable remarks.
Some expressed sympathy to the rider as if the rider didn’t fulfilled the customer’s remarks he might be complained.
