According to Seoul Gangnam Police Station, K pop Star Goo Hara was found dead at her home in Cheongdam ,Seoul on November 24 at approximately 6 p.m.
Her cause of death is being investigated.
She is formerly a member of the girl group Kara. Kara was originally made up of 7 members, but the current line-up consisted of Hara, Gyuri, Seungyeon and Youngji. The group debuted in 2007 under DSP Media and released hits such as Cupid and Step.
They disbanded in 2016. Hara had recently signed with a Japanese production company and released solo mini album Midnight Queen earlier this month.
She was rescued after an alleged suicide attempt a few months back, after leaving “goodbye” messages on Instagram and her manager rushed her to the hospital on time.

She was embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend, Choi Jong Bum, who was indicted for allegedly threatening to release their sex videos as well as physical assault.
According to Metro ,some of the quotes in her instagram stories read: ‘Acting as if I am not tired, when I am, Acting as if I am not in pain, when I am.’ ‘After living all those years with suppression, I look fine on the outside, but it feels as if I am starting to break into pieces inside.
