Kobe Bryant’s widow Vanessa filed a ‘petition to modify trust’ to request that a judge include their youngest daughter, Capri, in the NBA legend’s trust Tuesday. The trust has been amended several times, the last when changes were made in 2017, leaving Capri out before Kobe’s death in a helicopter crash on January 26.
Capri is the youngest Bryant child after Natalia, 16, two-year-old Bianka, and the now deceased Gianna, 13, who died with her dad in the crash with seven others.

Kobe Bryant, 44-year-old and his13-year-old daughter were both killed along with 7 others when his helicopter crashed into a hillside in Calabasas, California, on January 26.
The pilot, Ara Zobayan, had nearly navigated the helicopter out of blinding clouds when it turned and plunged into the mountainside.
Vanessa after the crash filed a wrongful death lawsuit, alleging that Zobayan was careless and negligent by flying in cloudy conditions and should have aborted the flight.
