Q :Do Magnum still have draws during CMO?
A : All draws during this Movement Control Order period (18 -31 March 2020) will be cancelled.
Magnum will refund all tickets bought for Draw ID : 325/20, 326/20, 327/20, 328/20, 329/20 & 330/20.

Q : Is Genting Highland operate like normal?
A: Resorts World Genting will be temporarily closed from 18 to 31 March 2020. This will include our hotel facilities, food & beverage outlets, casino, Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, entertainment facilities, attractions, shopping malls and retail outlets at Resorts World Genting.
Essential resort-based services such as security, bomba, utilities and clinics will remain operational during this period.
All reservations made for stay at our hotels during this period will be cancelled. Guests may seek a refund or change their reservation dates. The same applies for reservations made at Resorts World Awana, Resorts World Kijal and Resorts World Langkawi.
Guests who have purchased tickets for any of our attractions or shows at the Resort will also be refunded.
Resorts World Genting will resume operations from 1 April 2020.

Q : What about Grab?
A : Grab food, GrabMart, GrabCar and GrabExpress services will be uninterrupted.
Q: Is Shopping malls under Sunway Group open ?
A: In order to continue serving the community, establishment offer essential services such as supermarkets , pharmacies, ATMs, convenience stores and clinics will remain open while the rest will be close for these period of time.
Q: Any draws in Sports Toto?
A: Sports Toto will temporarily cease operation from 18-31 Mar. Head office, Sales offices and sales outlets will close nationwide.

Q : Is public transport operate normally?
Yes ! All public transport is operating as per normal during CMO
Q : Any replacement for those missed classes during CMO in school?
A : No class replacement.
Q : If my children is oversea and wanted to come back to Malaysia during CMO , What should he/ she do?
A: They can come back to Malaysia but they have to go through a health check and self quarantine for 14 days
Q: Can i go pick up my family or friend in the airport?
A: Yes ! But you can’t hang around in airport. Once you done the picking up you have to leave the airport immediately.
