From May 18 onwards, traffic police will set up counter in order to facilitate offenders settle their outstanding summonses as well as submission of claim for car insurance. Offenders who settle outstanding summonses online can get special discount up to 50%.
Those who wish to get the discounted rate, can do e-payments via the following website from May 18 to 21, only for 4 days!

While those who wish to do payments in counters, must strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during movement control order (MCO).
The following will be the location for Traffic Police counters & timing of their services:
●Monday and Wednesday ( 9am to 2pm ) / Friday (9 am to 12pm)
State Police Station : Perlis, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang, Sabah, Sarawak and Wilayah Persekutuan ( KL, Labuan)
●Monday, Wednesday and Sunday ( 9am to 2pm)
State Police Station : Kedah, Johor, Kelantan and Terengganu
