Ingredients:

▶Bread ( cut into bite-size)

▶Bestari Flour (Any flavor that you like)

▶Water

▶Oil (To fry)

See, you only need four ingredients for this recipe. Moreover, the main ingredients are bread and flour. Yes, only bread and flour. More specifically, Bestari branded flour. This flour also widely available in most supermarkets with a lot of different types of flavor like black pepper or spicy.

Step 1

First, we have to make two types of coating mix, which are a wet mixture and a dry mixture. For the dry mixture, you will need to use the flour as it is. No need to add any additional salt or pepper. As for the wet mixture, you only need to add an equal part of water to the flour and mix it together until there were no lumps.

Step 2

Secondly, coat the bread fingers in the wet mixture. After that, switch mixture and coat the bread fingers, once again with the dry mixture. Make sure every bread fingers are coated well with the mixture.

Lastly, fry the coated bread fingers in the hot oil. When it turned golden brown, it is ready. Serve it piping hot with your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
