After a long day at work, it is hard to resist the call of ice cream isn’t?!
Making an ice cream can be scary and time-intensive, but it doesn’t have to be ! Introduce to you Milo ice cream, an super easy making steps with only 4 ingredients needed. Yet, it cost you NO MORE than RM5 !! yes…you heard me right…no more than RM5 costing !!!!!!!
Recently, a Malaysian woman shared a recipe of making Milo ice cream at twitter and it went SUPER viral with over 41,900 likes and 25,500 retweet. So crazy!
Don’t worry if you are not good in cooking or baking as it is a simple and delicious NO FAIL recipe!
Ingredients:
- Evaporated Full Cream milk (susu cair) x 1 tin (*any brand)
- Condensed milk (susu pekat) x 2 tbsp
- Ovalette x 2 tbsp
- Milo/ Any coco powder x 4-5 tbsp
Here’s come the steps!
Step 1: Pour all the ingredients into a big bowl, except for Milo powder.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients using mixer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Pour in the Milo powder and continue to mix it until it is set. You may use blender too. When uplift the bowl, the mixture will stay set/firm as in pictures.
▼ Step 4: Pour the ready mixtures into a Tupperware. You may add on chocolate chips or chocolate sos as well. Place it into refrigerator and is done !
