According to Sanjeevan, he managed to get in touch with the rider few hours ago and will arrange to meet up with the rider in person to understand his situation and offer the best help him. Good job Sanjeevan!
Maybe some of us are not too familiar with Panda walker, but it is ordinary at oversea where rider could choose to cycle or walk to delivery the food within 2km
