If you have traveled in the AirAsia flight before, you would definitely have tasted the delicious Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak.
But have you ever thought of having nasi lemak sambal on your ice-cream?!
The newly opened Santan restaurant and local ice cream artisan Crème De La Crème (CDLC) have made a combination on a sweet note packed with local flavours.
Both well-known brands came up with a limited-time edition of Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak ice-cream in conjunction with Malaysia 63rd Independence Day and Malaysia Day celebrations.
The usual sprinkles and chocolate syrup toppings on the ice-cream is now replaced with sambal nasi lemak, ikan bilis and roasted peanuts which we usually see in a plate of nasi lemak.
Not only that! Santan restaurant and Crème De La Crème (CDLC) also introduced the Pandan Dodol ice cream together with the nasi lemak ice-cream.
Both ice-creams will be priced at RM8.80 each cup. You can get these ice-creams at Santan Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid outlets as well as Crème De La Crème’s Uptown Damansara and Mont Kiara outlets starting today, 28th August 2020. You can also get it from the AirAsia website.
Wondering how the combination of both savoury and sweet ice-cream would taste like?
