A 17-year-old girl who met her biologically unrelated but look-alike – doppelgänger at a San Diego mall has now received photos of at least four other people bearing a striking resemblance to her.
Santana Gutierrez, a student at San Diego, went to Fashion Valley Mall in town. There, a young woman named Isobel approached her to raise funds for Save The Children.
The two were in shocked as the both of looked so alike.
She and Isobel took a picture together and exchanged their contact details. Santana shared the photo on Twitter, saying she had met her ‘literal doppelgänger just now’.
Her message has been retweeted more than 22,000 times – and has led to more striking discoveries.

Not only Santana, but this doppelgänger encounters are guaranteed to make you look twice. Some not only look alike, they also have a similar fashion sense. Some also have the exact same colour – and length – hair. Strange!
