The “spooky season” is around the corner, it’s a festive that a lot of people obsessed. The streets and malls will soon be filled Halloween decorations with terrifying monsters, gruesome zombies and evil clowns.
This artist, named Samantha Browning also playing with her creativity transforming a pink Barbie dollhouse into bewitching black dollhouse. I never thought a black dollhouse can be this insanely cool!!!
Browning said she was inspired to make the house when she saw a TikTok video of someone spookily decorating a wooden dollhouse.
“I wanted to do the same thing but with the plastic, cheesy kind,” she said.
She bought 2 dollhouses from Facebook marketplace at USD25 ( RM100) and took about 5 to 9 hours for each project depending on the amount of details. And when you take a close look, the details she includes are so perfect.
Browning also takes her detailing indoors, and her place looks like a glorious gothic haven. Her attention to tiny details also make the houses come alive, and i love her setups with flickering candles.
Beside the black mansion, she also tried her hand at another creepy haunted mansion in Victorian pink, anyhow, i still think the black mansion is spookier than this.
But i’m pretty in awe of the stained glass windows she made out of tissue paper.
