The recent headlines, Macau scam suspect, Alvin Goh, a 32-year-old Chinese businessman that claimed himself a “Datuk Seri” was arrested. However, he was escaped from MACC Headquarter after an investigation.
How the “escape” actually happened?
According to NST, the suspect had escaped from being arrested by the police by climbing over the fence at the MACC headquarters on Sunday with assistance from his two bodyguards
“CCTV footage showed that he had climbed over a side gate with the help of the two bodyguards and another car was seen waiting by the roadside to help him flee the scene,” The Star reported.
But MACC building is with high walls and barbed wires, how could anyone have climbed over it so easily?

Even if the suspect did climb the side gate, why was it so easy to breach?
And what’s the police, security and MACC officers were doing during the “escape”?
The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) views seriously the incident where a suspect under investigation managed to flee from the authorities, reported by NST.
Chairman Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan said the commission is taking necessary action on the matter, including opening an investigation paper into the incident.
