Princess Ruth Cox Nyakairu Kugonza Amooti, 62, from Tooro Kingdom, Uganda found her true love and she married her 25-year-old husband, Larry Richard Abaala on October 2020. They have a grand wedding ceremony and it garnered netizens’ attention on social media.
Of course, there are netizens that don’t look good on their marriage as their age gap is 37 years apart. Princess Ruth ex-husband is a businessman, together they have 4 children together, reported by China Press.
Sadly, Princess Ruth died at Mulago National Referral Hospital Tuesday morning, exactly one month after their wedding ceremony on Oct 24. Her cousin, Margaret Muhanga who in grief of her passing took it to twitter to announce her death due to Covid-19. She also revealed before her passing she was on ventilators in ICU.

She tweeted on Tuesday ( Nov 24) morning , “On Sunday, we lost a cousin, to Covid-19. This morning we have just lost another cousin, Princess Ruth to Covid. Covid is real and it is lethal. Avoid large social gatherings, socially distance and wear your mask at all times in public and sanitize all the time!”
