When the motorcyclist went past the cyclists, he made a paddling motion with his leg even though he is riding a motorcycle, which earns laughter from the person who recorded.
After passing the cyclist, the motorcyclist just rides on his motorcycle like normally. But, then, he approached another cyclist.
